SSS (Sesame Seaweed Salmon)

 INGREDIENTS:
1. 2 Salmon semi-frozen Fillets (4 inches long; 2 Sashimi style slices -you will have 2 to 3 salmon slices-)
2 . Soy Sauce

(2 tablespoons)
3. Mirin (1 tablespoon)
4. Ginger (1 inch, grated) or Ginger Powder (1/2 teaspoon)

5. Lemon Juice (1 tablespoon)
6. Black Sesame Seeds (1 tablespoon)
7. Dried Roasted Seaweed (2 1/4 sheets - cut into thin strips)
8. Okonomi Sauce
9. Bonito Flakes

PREPARATION:

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce; mirin, ginger and lemon juice and set aside.

Bring saucepan with water into boil and cook the Salmon. Remember, do not overcook the Salmon. ^_^

Place the cooked salmon fillets on a plate. Pour the sauce equally -using a spoon- on the salmon fillets. Squeeze the Okonomi Sauce in a circular motion (just like Naruto's seal) on the salmon fillets. Sprinkle black sesame seeds, strips of seaweeds and bonito flakes (if you find the smaller flakes that's better. However, if you only have the big ones then you will be needing to grind it into smaller pieces but rubbing the pieces in between your palms).

Is Las Vegas still "the" Sin City?

Personally, I strongly believe that Miami, FL already took that title away from Las Vegas. There are far more and greater sins in Miami, FL than Las Vegas.

Do you think otherwise?? Then, why??

Red Rock Canyon

Red Rock Canyon
A very nice place to visit and take pictures - that's just me-. More often rock climbing, whether perfectly geared or not, is the most popular thing to do, from adults to children. I used Corel Paintshop Pro to edit, clean and add filters on the images...I don't have the "almighty" camera, so this is just to make these pretty. :P Oh well, I did my best and that's all that matters.

The conservatory of Vegas or Nevada - can't remember, sorry- really did a very good job preserving the canyons and plants. I really wanted to see Tortoises but it was the middle of the day and I guess they're all asleep.

I hope these pictures are good -to me at least ^_^- Any non-offensive comment/s are welcome.
